27th May 2009: Fancy Dress Warehouse Cut-Off Times Change

We have experienced an increase in customers placing last minute orders just prior to our present cut-off time of 3.00pm, this is causing us logistical problems. Therefore, in order to continue to meet our customers' delivery expectations we have decided to move our cut-off time to 12 noon for same day despatch. We will continue to despatch, in chronological order, any orders received after 12 noon but we cannot guarantee same day shipment of these orders. By implementing this new procedure, we feel we can continue to offer an unparalleled level of service and continue to meet your expectations. This change will take effect from 1st June 2009.
