5th January 2009: FDW Team Expands

Melanie Parsons is the latest member to join our ever growing Fancy Dress Warehouse team as the Internal Sales Administrator. Melanie's role will be to take orders, resolve queries from FDW customers and to provide outstanding customer service and sales admin support.

Mel says "It's exciting when I arrange an order, especially when it's an overseas one as it is great to be involved from start to finish. It has been really interesting so far and i'm enjoying getting to know our customers from speaking with them regularly. There is a lot of information to learn about FDW, especially the fantastic-ly huge product range. My new colleagues have been great in training me to their high standards."
