4th January 2011: Delivery Update

Fancy Dress Warehouse has been advised by its carriers that prolonged adverse weather conditions over the past month had resulted in a backlog of parcels to be delivered. Therefore, deliveries were taking longer than normal. Please be assured that Fancy Dress Warehouse continues to ship orders on the day of receipt to minimise any delays or inconvenience and any new orders placed will not be affected. However, our couriers have advised us that there is a sporadic backlog of deliveries to be made in certain parts of the UK.

Fancy Dress Warehouse cannot be held responsible for any of these late deliveries due to courier backlogs resulting from the adverse weather conditions experienced earlier this month. As previously stated, late delivery compensation will still not be paid in these circumstances.

Shipping has also returned to normal in Scotland, again with the exception of sporadic backlogs in certain areas, so please place your orders as normal bearing in mind the weather conditions in your locality.
